Otouch Customer Warranty---12 Months From Initial Purchase
We provide a 12 months customer warranty from Initial Purchase. After 12 months of your initial purchase we have no obligation to send you replacement items. If you consider that an item is defective, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and describe your problem.
*Due to the special property of the product, OTOUCH do not accept returns or exchange if it is not product quality issue.
If an item has been used, or the plastic seal of your Otouch packaging has been opened we cannot provide a refund - all sales are final.
All items are non-returnable unless the items are damaged or defective. This is for hygienic reasons since we cannot ensure the sterility of items after they have been received and opened. If you are not satisfied with your items, please contact us within 7 days from receiving your order and we’ll be happy to assist you reviewing the case and if it is approved we will be sending a replacement. Please do not return anything before we review the case, our customer service team will review the request and will send further instructions. Otouch reserves the right to deny any return request.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping charges and 10% restocking fee are not refundable.
